Protection of my client's identity and my staff's identity is something that is very important. I want my customers to know that their information is safe with CreativeHealer Ent. and I want my staff to know that when they make purchases for equipment, locations etc. their information will be secured.
When clients are paying for my services, credit cards would be the preferred payment. This way, both the customers and I know that the transaction will be secure. I will also supply them with an electronic or hard copy of the billing statements as well as an official receipt of every transaction that occurs. This way, there is plenty of communication and everyone knows where their money went.
For my employees, they will be required to go through a brief identity protection training so they can protect their identity as well. This will benefit them personally as well as for the company. This way, they know how to properly handle customer's accounts, and they can protect their own identity when making any purchases they need to make for the company. All transactions made by my staff using company money will be computerized and will need to be approved by me.

Microsoft Excel & CreativeHealer Entertainment
Excel is one of the most convenient tools for any business. With a strong understanding of how the program works, CreativeHealer Entertainment would be able to easily keep track of our accounts.
When making my billing statements, I can plug equations into cells in order to calculate money I have to bill out, as well as money I owe to companies for equipment rentals or location rentals, etc. I can do this in a 30-day time period, or any cycle I wish to do billing in. I can also make a graphical analysis to track my profit statements, spending statements, or any other statement to which I would like to view trends. Conditional formatting will allow me to easily interpret data and will allow for an organization of data. The same idea holds for Pivot Tables. Pivot Tables can also help my company show the people we are working with their financial statements, if they have any questions about their billing.
