Social Media & CreativeHealer Entertainment (CHE)

Social media is a very important aspect to business and entertainment. These sites allow for artist exposure, employment opportunities, and communication between artists and CreativeHealer Entertainment about the arts, the media and anything else people would like to talk about. CreativeHealer Entertainment is supposed to be a way for independent artists to gain exposure to the world through promotion and artist spotlights. CHE has an in-house staff of artists and media-savvy people who will work with artists they choose to spotlight.

CreativeHealer Entertainment is a multi-media firm that focus in the film and music industries. CHE looks to partner with other artists ranging from musicians, writers and filmmakers. With social media, CHE will be able to find new artists to work with and sponsor whether they be musicians, writers or filmmakers. This is where public profiles such as Vimeo, SoundCloud, Twitter, Facebook, and many other sites will come into play. With these sites, artists can send their resumes of projects to CHE. These sites also act as an encyclopedia of artists for CHE to research and find people with whom they would like to work with or sponsor. Along with a website, CHE will also have a Twitter and Facebook accounts that will act as a way for the public and the firm to interact, sharing ideas, spotlights and projects. These sites, as well as Linkin, will allow for job opportunities to be full time members of CreativeHealer Entertainment.

Today, social media is a very important aspect to starting a new business. It provides for new opportunities in business, public relations, and other important business functions. Social media, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Linkin, will allow me and my entertainment firm to find new business, new employees, and allow for the public to be updated with our current projects.

  1. Would this type of service be free or paid? Or perhaps it follows more of the fremium based model, where maybe the majority of the users use the system for free but don't get the upper services like consultation from the professional staff. I could see CHE working like a promoter/PR firm/manager/consultant to these different artists based on their needs.

  2. I would like this to be a profiting company, however I would like everyone to benefit from it to some degree. I would probably go with the freemium model where there would be how-to videos/blog posts, giving tips on how to do certain things, which would be accessible to all, and then there would be consultation services and possibly classes to teach how to do certain things.Lastly, CHE would work exactly how you mentioned - promoter/PR firm/manager/consultant - with the edition to hired work. Hired work be the most expensive service for the client, obviously, but ultimately this would be the peak of the company - making projects for some clients.

  3. This is a great idea. I like how it focuses on the promotion and artist development. By having promoters/PR firms and managers working with your site artists will be able to be guided in the right directions. Is this website going to be solely artists who are already signed to a label. Would unsigned bands be able to be on your website?

  4. I would really like to focus on unsigned/independent artists because they don't have a lot of the same resources as signed artists. That being said, I would still like to have the opportunity to work with/highlight signed artists because then it will bring more traffic to the site.

  5. CHE sounds like a company that would definitely be appealing to unsigned artists looking for a chance to break through into the public eye. I like that CHE has many uses such as, consulting, resume advice, and music uploads. Would CHE solely work online and provide tips to unsigned artists or would professionals meet in person and consult with potential artists? Also, would an artist have to be approved by CHE staff to upload their songs or can anybody upload music to this website?
